Follow takes place in Huddersfield where, one of the UK’s first, colour CCTV systems was utilised to create a surveillance art piece. 32 CCTV cameras were used to track and recorded the movement of an unemployed man, who, in one day, travels across the city, spending his weekly income support buying lottery scratch cards. Hoping that a change of location would improve his luck.
